Design Character

Splendours is a deliberately glossy Spanish wall tile with a deeper, more saturated palette than a basic white subway series. Blue Night, Green, Brown and Black make the reflective surface feel rich rather than merely bright, while Cream, Grey and White keep the line useful for quieter interiors. The two field lengths share the same narrow 3-inch height, so scale can change without changing the collection's visual identity.

Scale, Layout and Visual Rhythm

The 3x6 works naturally in classic running bond, stacked grids and herringbone. Moving to 3x12 stretches those same ideas into longer, calmer bands and reduces the number of vertical joints. Because the glaze catches light, vertical stacks can emphasize height while herringbone increases the number of changing reflections. Bosphorus also lists quarter round, jolly and London chair-rail trims for projects that need a more finished decorative edge.

Applications and Performance

Splendours is an interior wall collection. Bosphorus lists it for residential and commercial walls and shower walls, while excluding floors, countertops, exterior use, pool interiors and shower floors. The glossy finish is therefore best treated as a decorative wall surface for kitchens, baths, bars and feature walls rather than a universal ceramic tile.
